Rules & Guidelines
- All participants must reside in Richland County or surrounding counties in Ohio.
- Participants must be available for all scheduled pageant events including rehearsal (July 17) and the pageant (July 19).
- Each contestant will be judged on poise, interview, casual wear, and formal/talent presentation.
- A $35 entry fee is required at time of application submission. Scholarships available — contact us for details.
- All applications must be accompanied by a completed parental consent form for participants under age 18.
- Titles are non-transferable. Winners will be expected to represent the festival at community events throughout the year.
- Judging is conducted by a panel of three independent judges with pageant experience.
- All decisions by the judging panel are final.
